You look so delicate with those crutches but your smile says it all. Slowdown for a bit now. Get strong!!! Much love! Px❤️

Regarding your knee.... if it swelled and remained so initially that should be concerning. If not, then the better!

Speaking of injuries, I’ve been dealing with a herniated disk in my back and have been in pain for months. The photo of you with crutches “struck a nerve” but I’m sure your knee will heal up in no time if you behave yourself!

Hi Allison

So glad Hayes was there to catch you or things might be worse. I’m sure he’s a good caretaker.

Really a nice post today, filled with calming words and things to ponder. I always appreciate your insight and I value the things you share.

The opening paragraph spoke to me. Remaining in the moment, which you’ve written about before, is something I practice. Challenging in the beginning, but better each day.

What a sweet thing JH does by

sending rainbows 🌈. A special connection for sure.

Take good care of your knee. Increasing your Vitamin C and protein should help with healing.

PS love the Indian lady.

Have a good week

I'm pretty sure I read a Bhudda quote "it's a bi#%ch chopping wood with one good knee"

Love this… I’ve missed a few and missed reading these in general. Sorry about your knee.

Crutches are a workout! Hope your knee heals soon & that meantime you’re able to move at the speed that suits you. Thank you (& Shelby) for the Sakamoto track. Love it! Puts me in mind of Bill Evans. Haven’t listened to the rest but will. 🍁🤎

Always love reading your thoughts- helps me process & put things in perspective. Been a tough week as it was one year ago that I last got to spend time with my brother before he passed 💔.

Take care of that knee!

Love the rainbow photo and the connection to your son ❤️.

That first quote was exactly what I needed to read right now. Aligns perfectly with all I am experiencing and writing about. Thank you 💞

Another post to ponder and find balance and calm. Thank you.

Take care of your knee. Sorry that happened. Santa Cruz has many beautiful trails. Kudos to HC for watching over you.

Hayes was terrific at the Rio. You added an unexpected thrill with your gorgeous voice. Hope Patti feels better. She’s mighty.

Love the double rainbow. If that was my son I’d be smiling for the rest of the year.
