Your “Mama Bear” instincts are always at their peak, with or without more bear sightings! But, It’s good that you’re finding some quiet time, too. I’m glad you finally got around to watching “The Diplomat.” It’s very entertaining and has some interesting characters. My TV favorite show ever was “The Americans,” so it was nice to see Keri Russell in a series again. Sending Sunday serenity your way.☺️

Love the Diplomat, but hard to follow. She's great tho, and her messy hair, that I really love. It's getting spicy and fun...glad you are enjoying the RF Valley too. Even tho it is now "over - run" with 5th avenue stores etc, there are great little pockets of the old days. I was assistant to John Denver many years ago, and I do truly love the JD sanctuary park.. Especaily early morning when no one is there. Enjoy your home away from home, my kids are grown now, enjoy JH..it does go very fast.

Hi Allison

So many nice things in your post. It does seem to have a feeling of light blue. Soft & easy. Makes sense for a cancer. Happy that you found another heart. It’s very pretty. Looked especially nice the way photographed with the window screen with flavors of silver. The photo of JH’s hand is nice too. Glad you’ve enjoyed quiet time in nature. It brings lots of peace. I enjoyed a full day doing the same on my sweet little property. Visualizing my garden plans, and contemplating a community garden area to share with my neighbors. The deer sketch is so nice. I looked at it closely and saw that you included arrows, which I remember you had at home. Lots of different things, crescent moon etc

I’m excited to see the finished piece.

You write so well, I can’t say enough how much I enjoy your words. The sentence about a perfect day or as close as one can visualize struck me.

Thank you for sharing today. It’s always special & appreciated.

I have 2 questions for you.

1. What is it like when you are scrolling for music aka Pandora and there it is! Your own channel in Pandora. It is a very good station by the way.

2. Have you heard of a “peace pole”? Aka prayer pole. They are so interesting and fun to make. Google it. I think you will LoVe it. Love and light. 🦋

I always find something, if not many things, to relate to in your Sunday lists. They are part of my Monday morning reading, naturally ;).

I thought about some things you’ve written in the “wishes” portion as I sat in a cool auditorium last night to hear Jeff Tweedy do a solo acoustic set. Not my first time hearing him, but the first in my current Western Colorado town. A handful of rude “I’m the headliner” audience members did their best to embarrass those of us who came to listen. Watching Jeff handle this with grace mixed with obvious annoyance was a lesson

in how to maintain focus when the slings and arrows come flying. He has had decades of practice.

I’m still working on it ;)

Wishing you more rustling leaves and organic sounds during this time I’m home away from home.

Oops. “In your home away from home”. Editors have the worst eye for their own errors ;)

Thanks for sharing ❣️ though I’m not a mother, I really resonate with the struggle of traveling, and the need to create home and lean on routine. Requires so much patience, reflection, and fine tuning. Wishing you the best!
