It’s a been a beautiful weekend. I’m glad you found moments to sit & be still. I remember you once writing that there are times you could hear the silence and your brain could feel the stillness moving. Those are great moments. Time to appreciate how simple things can really be.
You really been runnin & gunnin for the past 4 months. I’m sure it takes a lot of energy to keep up with an active teenager… I think it’s really special that you thought to share with JH what you were like at his age. I bet he enjoyed listening.
Special words today, recognizing ourselves. To always try to accept, be better and more of our own person.
The Way You do Anything, is the Way You do Everything. I’ve given this quote much thought since wrote it last Sunday. I believe it to be true.
. Nothing better than favorite loafers, jeans, white crisp shirt and a wicked cool belt. .

Summer weather here in California's Central Valley continues through October. I always feel tired of summer clothes by the end of August. I long for November and the first bit of cold. However, I'm trying to stay in the moment and appreciate it instead of looking ahead.
Another wobbly, scary week ahead, but with this lesson, I'm better able to face it. Thank you for your weekly dose of hope in an increasingly tragic world. You are a true blessing.
