You may not have been writing, but you’ve been evolving exponentially. More courage than fear is a huge step. Most people can’t articulate, let alone have this depth of thought, understanding, and grace.

You artwork is so intricate, too. The palm you created almost looks like a beautiful tea cup!

Keep sharing as you wish…

Thank you, as always, for these wise and honest words. I’m very glad that you’re back, as, even though we don’t know one another, I feel kindred through the things you’re able to articulate.

God’s blessings to you on your journey.

My band worked with a young woman on an album about what it’s like to have non-speaking autism. Her mom and I wrote this song to give encouragement to all the autism moms out there. I hope you enjoy it.

I was reminded that today is a new moon and Chinese New Year. New beginnings and new possibilities. Mercury is out of retrograde. Finally. Thank you for being brave and honest and available.

I relate, perhaps more than words can say. I also have PTSD and don't know when it started. Perhaps in my toddler years. Trauma changes our brains and spiritual practices rewire our brains, as studies show. You are on the right path. 🙌

I was diagnosed as having PTSD a few years after experiencing a mild stroke. I have found that practicing Yoga Nidra really helps me when anxiety overtakes me. There is a spiritual dimension for us to discover but we have to be open to it.

Thank you for this gorgeous writing. I too have PTSD (actually C-PTSD, with different points of entry and different anxiety roots, and sometimes meditation helps and sometimes it’s gasoline to my fire). Proximity to water helps; trying to work through it without heeding it does not. Drawing, which I suck at, helps, exercise (which increases cortisol) does not. Tell me more about the medium....🙏🏻 Thank you for writing--❤️❤️❤️
