Wonderful, as always! Keith, I understand the difficulties involved in asking for help when you’re someone who is proud of your ability to handle things or at least the ability to keep the chaos inside to yourself. I learned from a very good friend that asking for help allows someone else to feel helpful and competent and we all need to feel that way occasionally. So I try to ask for help more often knowing it will make me squirm but it will allow someone else to shine. Thank you for sharing with us, both of you!

Beautiful and wise words from yet another of your beautiful and wise friends. Thank you for both for this morning’s questions and answers. If a person were to be judged solely by the friends they have, you would go to the very top of the list, AM. Happy Independence Day to you both. Number 3 will resonate all day with me, Ms. Meacham. I don’t think I can ever forgive mine, but you-like Allison and Shelby-make me want to try for my own sake. I’m sure that Number 2 and 3 resonates with AM and SL. Thank you. JB

"When I do humble myself to ask, I receive exponentially more grace than I ask for." And that is humbling in itself. Thank you both!

What a fabulous interview. More than one thing she said resonated with me, especially about asking my loved ones for help. Thank you for sharing, Allison!
