Sounds like you're staying ahead in the eye care game. Good. As ya get older Macular issues can arise (I'm 72). Broccoli carrots and vitimins!!
My great-grandmother and grandmother had macular degeneration and now my aunt does. Vitamin A is essential.
Yes, my mother had it and I now have it. My sight is pretty good so far. Try to eat well and take vitimins! Very glad my ears are like a teen-agers.
I definitely take vitamins.
