In reading your prose writing part, I found myself identifying with that process when I was working on my advertising degree. I found sometimes ideas came flowing and flooding organically, sometimes I needed just to jot down a visual thing, a lyric, a song, an instrument, a setting, a connection I just made, a concept I needed to capture (even if I wasn't sure how it was connected to truly anything). Certain color combinations even...like my favorite silver, sage green, and white all together...inspire me.

Incredible architecture does too. Y'all go Google Thorncrown Chapel to see something truly special. At Christmas or in the fall, it is spectacular and more than inspiring. It will loosen anyone's creative spirit in its genius and beauty.

The value is in the whiteboarding, because later you would then see how it fits best in creating. Just keep going, and don't stop to edit. Simply loved the creative process and still do.
