I always enjoy these; you give me food for thought, and since I'm not currently seeing a therapist (but boy I need to), I appreciate the help in finding insight. :) These are dark days we are in. I'm glad you have your sweet angel boy home to bring you some light. I keep meaning to mention--that picture of you and that happy little dog "laughing" together is one of my favorite things, and it brings me joy every time I see it. (My best friends have always been animals, so I can relate.) I am really trying to not let the bastards get me down. xx

You are so subtle that way. Which I love. I didn’t get it until I read Adrienne Rich summary. Wow. What an amazing woman. It’s given me lots to consider. A Jewish woman understanding the Palestinian plight. And recognizing racism. She mentions a writing by Toni Morrison that I’d like find.

I love the picture of you with Dolly with her arm around your waist! It must have been an amazing moment to witness her excitement over your work on her exhibition. You know your mom & dad would be so proud of you. I know they are ❤️
I love the Prayer today. I have moved to forgiveness & it’s freeing in a different way. I’m returning to wonderful me again. It’s making a big difference in my life right now. And not a moment too soon. As I walk in the fourth chapter of life now.

Re: order & calm -- it's always a struggle to tidy and organize my apartment, but it really improves my state of mind.
