I think I eat 5 big watermelons a week! They seem so much better this year than others. Not mushy!

My weekly dose of power, depth, wonder and peace. Been really struggling lately and this Sunday post has pulled me off the ledge many a time. Thank you.

This read was EVERYTHING that I needed this evening.

It is sheer perfection & causes one to sit back & look around & see that yes

yes and yes to life, yes to this living & yes to this moment,

Thank You Allison xoxoxo

You have hit on so many things that resonate with me. I have to watch the documentary on Carl Jung. I'm reading a book that quoted him.

I'm in California's Central Valley, and we are experiencing unusually hot weather. It is 5 pm and only 102. Last Sunday, it was 115 and the humidity was below 10 percent. It's much too hot to cook. I'm grazing, but when I do want a more substantial dinner, I use my InstantPot.

I also wasn't taught to not be defensive. I'm unlearning what I was taught in childhood about relationships. As a fellow 52 year-old, I'm very grateful for what I am learning.

Another insightful Sunday list.

Ordering the Terry Allen book, always loving Willie, watching the documentary. Love the photo of JH.

Happy for you and the good things unfolding.
