Such a precious little girl.

And JH seemingly walking on water. Always love JH pics with water.

Thank you. You've earned all you have in life that is good, AM, and more. JB

That childhood photo of you is so real and revealing. You seem so carefree, content, and connected with your environment. I think it may be possible to be an "old person in a new place." I'm going to try that one out for size...

Loved! On the habit part, that resonated with me as a health & well-being coach who works with people on making behavior change. So much of sustainable change is about having a plan and choosing goals that are realistic for your unique life circumstances and preferences. And then making progress one baby step at a time. Even being more present/mindful is a habit we can develop via a plan with actionable steps. And I agree, presence is fundamental to so many other habits we want to change or improve. Increasing presence can have a real domino effect!

I'll bet the little country girl knows a lot about yonder. I wonder if all of our yonders are connected somehow. I'd like to think so. I love you❤️

The amazing photograph of John Henry could be titled: "Walking on Water." (Peter said: "Lord, is it thou bid for me to come unto thee upon the waters." And Jesus said, "Come. " And Peter went down from the boat, and walked upon the waters to come to Jesus.")

All so good...

the photo of JH is pure joy.

I’ve been a fan of Madi for a long time. I listen to that song at least once a week and it chokes me up every time.

I had Madi Diaz’s “New Person, Old Place” in heavy rotation last year. 3rd most played song in 2022. I agree it’s great, too.

When I did radio ( non commercial) I tried to get this song on all my Americana format shows. It’s not exactly “upbeat” in the radio sense but I simply wanted people to hear it. I think Madi, like Allison - should be a household name ;)

Agree! My radio play was party of one, but it sure sounded play worthy to me

I so agree with you on this Madi Diaz song. I listen to it and need to immediately hear it again. I feel we are harmonized in the songs we are drawn to. If I haven't heard your Sunday song, I dial it up and almost always am drawn to it. Please keep the recommendations coming...
